Producing a poster of a Phase IIa study for presentation at an international conference

Insight

  • Our client, a clinical-stage biotech company, secured acceptance of an abstract at a major scientific congress. Ahead of launch, they sought to raise awareness of their first-in-class rheumatoid arthritis therapy, highlighting its novel mechanism of action and potential to address persistent unmet patient needs within a crowded and well-established therapeutic market
  • Having no previous experience in poster development our client engaged The Salve to effectively showcase their research

Implement

  • We collaborated with the client on an iterative creative process to establish a suite of poster templates
  • We produced the requested poster in line with Good Publication best practice, along with a script for an accompanying audio summary. These were both presented at the congress; the poster received excellent feedback

Impact

“Superb poster, you guys live up to my expectations! Well done”

Chief Medical Officer, Biotech start up

Iterate

  • The Salve went beyond the brief and provided the client with tools to confidently roll out coherent future poster materials: a branded suite of poster templates and a working understanding of the poster development and submission process
